As a personal trainer and someone navigating perimenopause myself, I understand first-hand how to adapt training to support your body’s changes.

I have designed these classes to be manageable for your ever changing body, but also to be challenging in a way that will change your body & mind, develop strength, flexibility, functionality and overall health & well-being.

Classes

A strength class for women from peri- to post-menopause, designed to improve bone health, ease menopause symptoms, and build strength.

A core & mobility class, focusing on developing the stability and mobility vital for health and wellbeing at this stage of life

Focusing on strength, mobility, and endurance through real-life movement patterns that make everyday tasks easier for longer.

A time-saving, high-intensity workout that alternates between intense bursts of exercise & short rest periods to improve strength, endurance, & cardiovascular fitness. Not for the feint hearted, but great for shifting that ‘Meno-belly’!
