FOR MEN
Menopause affects you too. Let's talk about it.
If the woman in your life is going through menopause, chances are you are feeling it too. Maybe you do not fully understand what is happening. Maybe you want to help but do not know how. Maybe you have noticed changes and are not sure how to respond without saying the wrong thing.
You are not alone in that, and there is no shame in it. Menopause is rarely talked about openly, and almost never from the perspective of the men living alongside it. That is exactly what this is for.
WHY IT MATTERS
Understanding menopause changes everything
Men who understand what menopause actually involves, physically, emotionally and practically, are better equipped to support the women in their lives. That support makes a profound difference, both at home and at work.
At home
Menopause can bring significant changes to mood, energy, sleep, confidence and intimacy. Understanding what is driving those changes, and knowing how to respond with empathy rather than frustration, can transform a relationship during one of the most challenging periods a woman faces.
In relationships
Many couples find menopause puts real strain on their relationship, not because of a lack of love, but because of a lack of understanding. Working through it together, with the right support, can bring couples closer rather than driving them apart.
At work
If you manage or work alongside women, understanding menopause makes you a better colleague and a more effective leader. It helps you recognise what a team member might be experiencing and respond in a way that is supportive rather than unintentionally dismissive.
In your community
Menopause touches every family and every community. Men who are informed and open about it help to break down the stigma, normalise the conversation and create environments where the women around them feel seen and supported.
HOW I CAN HELP
Support tailored to your situation
Every man's situation is different. Whether you are navigating this at home, at work, or simply want to understand more, I offer flexible, judgment-free support designed around you.
1:1 COACHING
Individual coaching for men
Bespoke sessions · Online or in person
A confidential, one-to-one space to ask the questions you might not feel comfortable asking elsewhere, build your understanding of menopause and develop practical strategies for supporting the woman in your life, whether that is a partner, colleague or someone you manage.
Sessions are bespoke and built entirely around what you need. There is no script, no judgment and no expectation that you already know anything.
COUPLES
Couples coaching
Joint sessions · Online or in person
Navigating menopause as a couple can feel isolating when you are both struggling to understand what the other is going through. Couples sessions create a shared space to talk openly, build mutual understanding and develop strategies that work for both of you.
Couples coaching is not about fixing problems. It is about building connection, improving communication and facing this transition as a team rather than feeling like you are on opposite sides of it.
WORKPLACE
Workplace sessions for men
Group or individual · In person or online
Aimed at male managers, team leaders and employees who want to better understand how to support their female colleagues through menopause. Practical, straightforward and grounded in real workplace situations.
These sessions complement the broader organisational support I offer and are particularly effective when delivered alongside awareness sessions for the wider team.
COMMUNITY
Free awareness talks for men's groups
I offer short, free awareness talks of between ten and twenty minutes for men's groups, clubs and community organisations. These are informal, accessible and designed to open up the conversation in spaces where men already feel comfortable.
There is no pressure, no clinical language and no expectation of prior knowledge. Just an honest, straightforward conversation about something that affects every one of us, whether we realise it yet or not.
If you run or are a member of a men's group and would like me to come and speak, I would love to hear from you. Get in touch and we can arrange something that works for your group.
