SIGNATURE PROGRAMME

The Menopause Plan

8-week structured coaching journey  ·  Online or in person

A structured, eight-week coaching journey designed to ease symptoms, rebuild confidence and help you truly thrive during menopause. Each session focuses on a specific area of your wellbeing, combining evidence-based tools with compassionate, personalised support that is built entirely around you.

As a bonus, a follow-up online session is included four weeks after you complete the programme, to check in on your progress and make sure the changes you have made are sticking.

FLEXIBLE

Standalone coaching sessions

60-minute sessions  ·  Online or in person

Sometimes you just need to talk. A single, sixty-minute session offers a safe and supportive space to open up, receive personalised guidance and focus on exactly what you need right now. There is no agenda other than yours.

Sessions are available individually or as a short package for those who want a little more continuity without the full commitment of an eight-week plan.

Walk and Talk sessions are also available for those who feel more at ease talking while moving. The same personalised coaching, simply delivered outdoors in the fresh air.

COMMUNITY

The Menopause Hour

Group session  ·  Online or in person

A relaxed, one-hour group session designed to raise awareness of menopause and create a safe space for open, honest conversation. Whether you are curious about what to expect, supporting a loved one, or already navigating symptoms, you will leave with greater understanding, a sense of connection and renewed confidence.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of age or gender.

Exercise during menopause is not about pushing harder or doing more. It is about moving in a way that works with your changing body, supports your symptoms and helps you feel stronger, more energised and more like yourself again. Every session is designed with menopause in mind.

Training at your home

One-to-one sessions delivered at your home, tailored entirely to you and requiring no specialist equipment. Whether you are a complete beginner or returning to exercise after a break, we will find an approach that feels right for your body and your lifestyle.

SMALL GROUPS

Group exercise sessions

Small group sessions available at your home, workplace or local outdoor space, weather permitting. A fun, supportive and sociable way to get moving with others who truly understand where you are.
